How do I legally stop these creditors from calling and harassing me?

You can not stop the creditors from calling you. Fortunately, by studying up on your bankruptcy facts you get a slight edge o those people you owe money if you file bankruptcy or you are able to pay the creditor off. Doing either of these will stop them from calling you. If you are open to filing for bankruptcy you will be protected by the bankruptcy court and the provisions of “automatic stay”. This means that creditors must stop trying to collect all debt from you unless the file for relief from stay.
